Rhino’s plastic and waterproof plasters can be safely worn for up to 2 days if the plaster remains clean and secure. We recommend using Rhinofilm on larger open wounds before applying a Rhonplastic or Rhinoplast plaster to prevent possible infections.
Clean the wound area and allow it to dry before gently pressing on either side to close the skin over. Apply the Rhinofilm to one side of the wound before gently pulling it across to the other. This non-stick plaster will naturally adhere to the skin and absorb any excess fluid, while protecting the skin from dirt and bacteria.
Spray the Rhinofilm can 10–12 cm away from the wound, ensuring the skin is clean and dry before use. Allow the product to dry for 30 seconds before applying an additional plaster or moving the skin. This waterproof film coating will naturally peel off over time and can also be removed with an alcohol wipe.
